| Membership
to the club is open to all persons over the age of eighteen years, and
whose application is sponsored by two members in good standing.
Your membership helps support Basque Culture in the San Francisco Bay
Area. To apply for membership, please complete the form below. Annual membership dues are currently set (2005) to $25 for a single membership and $45 for married couples. The initiation fee is $10. Please make checks payable to "Basque Club", and mail along with the application to: Basque Club, P.O. Box 27021, San Francisco, CA 94127.
