Basque Club 50th Anniversary

In 2010 the San Francisco Basque Club will be celebrating its 50th anniversary.  Along with its usuall annual events (mus tournament and picnic), the Basque Club will have two other special events to commemorate its golden anniversary.

Saturday, September 25th

The Basque Club’s 50th anniversary celebrations this year will culminate in a special Gala at the Basque Cultural Center.

The evening will feature special performances by the Zazpiak Bat Dancers, the Elgarrekin Choir, our local Bertsolariak and musicians from the Basque Country, especially selected for this celebration. Photos of past Basque Club events will be on display and a special presentation will be given to the surviving founding directors.
